The reporter learned from the Municipal Transportation Bureau that the city's major project civil governance comprehensive parking lot has completed the construction and passed the completion and fire acceptance. The completion of the Minzhi parking lot is a new energy intelligent high-rise three-dimensional bus comprehensive parking lot, which will change the temporary rental of bus parking lots and occupy road parking in Longhua area, meet the needs of bus parking, charging, maintenance, etc., and effectively improve the operation efficiency of public transportation.
The depot is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Jianshang Road and Fulong Road, Minzhi Street, Longhua District, and is mainly responsible for the functions of night parking, charging and maintenance of public transport vehicles. The project covers an area of 1977987 square meters, with a total construction area of 96,23518 square meters, two underground floors and 11 floors above ground, 588 bus parking spaces, 190 car parking spaces, 15 maintenance stations, 2 car wash stations, and 208 charging pile spaces can be installed.
The depot uses green design, new technology, advanced technology, etc., to solve various major construction problems. The project runs through the design concept of energy saving, emission reduction, intelligence and environmental protection, and the station is surrounded by concave greenery, street trees, VRV multi-online air conditioning, inverter elevators, etc., which can improve energy efficiency and achieve the purpose of low-carbon emission reduction. The project won 4 awards including Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City Quality Structural Engineering.
