Siemens Servo Drive Repair Service:

Regarding the maintenance of Siemens 6SN1123 servo drive, in addition to mastering the above methods, we must also learn the working principle of Xi drive and further grasp some other fault phenomena.

F07011 Drive: Motor overheated.

Signal importance: %1

Driver : Vector G130 G150

Reaction: off2 (off1, off3, stop1, stop2, none )

Answer: Immediately.

Reason: kty or sensorless:

The measured motor temperature or model temperature exceeds the fault threshold (P0605) or the delay time (P0606) expires after the warning threshold (P0604) is exceeded.

Execute the reaction set in P0610.

PTC or Bimetal Normally Closed Contacts:

The operating threshold of 1650 ohms is exceeded, or the normally closed contact is open and the delay time (P0606) has expired. Execute the reaction set in P0610.

Possible Causes:

The motor is overloaded. The ambient temperature of the motor is too high.

PTC Bimetal Normally Closed Contacts: Broken wires or unconnected sensors.

Fault value (r0949, decimal):

200: The I2T motor model reports overheating (P0612.)0 = 1, p0611 > 0)。

When SME or TM120 (P0601 = 10, 11) is selected, the fault value is the temperature channel number that triggers the message.

Processing: - Reduces the load on the motor.

Check the ambient temperature and motor ventilation.

Check the wiring and connections of PTC or bimetallic normally closed contacts.
