The drum kit is composed of the drum cavity, drum skin, drumsticks, foot pedals, drum racks and other parts, and the drum kit is generally indispensable for cymbals to emphasize the sense of rhythm.
According to Zhang Dongxu, if you want to make a good set of drums, you need to be careful and patient in each process. First of all, it is necessary to select the appropriate plate, cut the plate according to the size of the order, roll coat it with special glue, heat press the drum cavity, and then finely cut the formed drum cavity. The inside and outside of the drum cavity are automatically chamfered and then polished and waxed by a special machine, and the next step is to carry out a preliminary manual quality inspection of the drum cavity. After coloring the drum cavity that has passed the quality inspection, then carry out CNC opening, assemble the drum skin of hardware accessories, and debug the drum cavity pitch, and then carry out the final quality inspection, and the qualified ones can be registered and shipped out of the factory. 
The reporter saw at the scene that the shelves were full of drum kits that had been packaged and were about to be sent to Guangxi, Beijing and other provinces and cities.
The reporter also learned that Zhang Dongxu had produced drum kits in Beijing in the early years, and he settled the company in the Shengli community four years ago. In the peak production season, the company employs more than 20 people.
