In the structural design, the layout characteristics have been taken into account, and due to the good sealing of the product, it can be arranged in the open air.
How it works. The dust-containing gas enters the dust collector box from the air inlet, and the fine dust particles are trapped on the outer wall of the filter bag due to the various effects of the filter bag. The purified gas is discharged through the air outlet of the box on the filter bag. With the increase of service time, the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag increases, and the air permeability of the filter bag decreases, so that the resistance of the dust collector continues to increase. In order to ensure that the resistance of the dust collector is controlled within a limited range, the pulse controller sends a signal to open the electromagnetic pulse valve step by step, so that the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed to the filter bag (called a primary air) from each nozzle hole of the blowing pipe, resulting in a sharp expansion between the filter bags, and the impact effect of the reverse pulse air flow disappears quickly, and the filter cartridge shrinks sharply, so that the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag is removed. The falling dust goes into the ash store.
