Course Background:

Shipbuilding is a large-scale system engineering, the project process includes project establishment, preliminary design scheme, detailed design, production and processing, slipway closing, main engine and related equipment installation, painting, mooring test, sea trial, completion delivery and other processes, this course combines the knowledge of PMI project management, the project characteristics of shipbuilding and large-scale industrial equipment manufacturing enterprises, with the use of Microsoft Project software, to explain the practical application process of project management.
