**Problems that may be encountered in the use of mobile phones and computers, take you to play with Digimon and easily master modern technological life.
Recently, I was dealing with the warehouse computer, and I found that there was a Mac password that I forgot, and I should have forgotten to reset the password when I returned it to the warehouse. But don't worry, you can reset your password in just one step.
Actually, it's very simple, we need to enter the debugging mode of our Mac and enter a command to reset the password. Considering that the versions of Mac products that are still in use are different, there will be two versions of the operation method, I hope you match the corresponding version and solve the problem.
Q1: If it is a Mac before 2019, the power button is just a button (as shown below) Air or Pro, both belong to the older version.
You need to press and hold the "Command" + "R" keys to turn on the computer.
Until you enter the debugging mode, the following interface is displayed, and then release the "command" + "r" keys.
Press the icon, select and click "Utilities" - Terminal".
In the pop-up command line window, enter the command resetpassword and press Enter.
The "Reset Password" window will pop up automatically, and you can reset your password by setting a new password.
Q2: If it is a Mac that leaves the factory after 2019, the power button is a black square (as shown below).
Just press and hold the black power button until the screen says "Loading startup options" and release the button.
Then, "Options" will appear, click Continue.
Press the icon, select and click "Utilities" - Terminal".
In the pop-up command line window, enter the command resetpassword and press Enter.
If you have multiple accounts and know one of the account passwords, you can select the account and click Next to reset the password. Here, our scenario is: not knowing the password for any account. So, let's click on "Forgot All Passwords" in the image
Then, the page prompts "If you don't know the password of any user on this Mac, you can deactivate the Mac and set a new password for all users", here we click "Deactivate Mac".
Then, enter the Set Password interface and set a new password to complete the reset.
I'll share it here today, every time I encounter a problem and solve it, I will send it to share, I hope it can help everyone, if you encounter problems with the computer, you can contact me at any time.
