A lot of work needs to be done before the boiler starts to ensure the smooth start of the unit. The more fully prepared the boiler ignition, the smoother the boiler ignition, the boiler starting time, fuel consumption will be greatly reduced, today we introduce the preparation work before the start of the waste incineration waste heat boiler, which is also convenient for everyone to reduce the occurrence of accidents when starting a similar boiler.
I am Arctic Thermoelectric, and it is not easy to make professionally, and I hope that friends will give a little red heart or free appreciation to give knowledge creators the motivation to continue to create.
1.Assistance systems.
Including sewage and industrial cooling water system, compressed air system, fuel system, ammonia supply system. Before the boiler starts, the relevant equipment has been started, and the cooling water has been put into operation to ensure that the required cooling water, fuel oil, compressed air, and liquid ammonia are in place.
2.Soda, air and smoke system.
The boiler has the water supply conditions, the steam turbine side water supply system has been in place, the valves and baffles of the steam and wind and smoke are flexible, the test is normal, and it has been restored to the starting state.
3.Coal loading system.
The "coal" here refers to the burning of garbage, including the hydraulic system and the feeding systemThe relevant equipment has been put into trial operation, and the material level signal is normal and there is no fault.
4.Ash removal and slag removal system.
Including ash system, slag treatment system, fly ash system, generally put into operation 4 hours before starting, the grate to establish a water seal, the screw ash conveyor, scraper conveyor, slag machine, bucket elevator are put into operation, in good condition.
5.Sootblowing, flue gas treatment system.
The main soot blowing valve is closed, and the pulse soot blowing air curtain fan is opened. The entrance door of the bag filter was opened, and the bag chambers were put into operation.
There are many valves, equipment and baffles that need to be tested before the boiler starts, and we pay attention to the normal thermal signal when we test, and record the equipment defects found one by one, distinguish the main and secondary, give priority to the equipment defects that affect the boiler start, and relax appropriately for some unimportant ones. Of course, this requires our squad leaders and stokers to have a sense of subjective judgment, otherwise they may be fined!
