On December 5, the reporter learned from the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau that in order to standardize and strengthen the pre-packaged Gansu syrup sauerkraut and Gansu syrup water surface production license, according to the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Food Production License Management Measures" and food safety standards, the bureau organized the formulation of the "Gansu Syrup Sauerkraut Production License Review Rules" (2023 Edition) and "Gansu Syrup Water Surface Production License Review Rules" (2023 Edition) are now released, effective from January 1, 2024.
The Detailed Rules for the Review of the Production License of Gansu Berry Water Sauerkraut (2023 Edition) clearly states that the Gansu Berry Water Sauerkraut that implements the management of food production license refers to a product with a sour taste that is made of drinking water, fresh vegetables or wild vegetables as the main raw materials, which is selected, cleaned, blanched, cut, supplemented by wheat flour or corn flour or other auxiliary materials, processed by fermentation, packaging and other processes, and is pre-quantitatively packaged. The requirements and layout of the production environment, workshops, facilities and equipment of Gansu sauerkraut production enterprises should comply with the provisions of the General Hygienic Specifications for Food Production (GB14881-2013), and have production sites such as raw and auxiliary material warehouses (areas), processing workshops, packaging workshops, and finished product warehouses (areas) suitable for production capacity. Plants and facilities must be reasonably laid out according to the process flow, and facilitate hygiene management and cleaning and disinfection. Control measures should be taken to ensure that the environment of each production site is under continuous control.
The Detailed Rules for the Review of Gansu Pulp Water Surface Production License (2023 Edition) clearly states that the Gansu Pulp Water Surface that implements food production license management refers to products made of staple foods (such as noodles, rice noodles, rice noodles, vermicelli, etc.) and sauerkraut with syrup water as the main raw materials, with oil peppers, vegetables and other auxiliary materials, and pre-quantitative packaging. The liquid (semi-solid) syrup sauerkraut package on the surface of Gansu slurry water shall not be purchased, and the staple food package and other ingredient packages shall be allowed to be purchased. The purchased products must be qualified products produced by enterprises that have obtained food production licenses, and can ensure that the products are not polluted during storage and transportation. If there are other seasoning packages or ingredient packages attached to the product, the seasoning packages and ingredient packages shall meet the relevant requirements of the detailed rules for the review of the production license of the corresponding category of products. Enterprises should formulate and implement the purchase inspection system of raw and auxiliary materials to ensure food safety.
