Recently, developer Mighty Coconut took a look back at the past year and released impressive figures for WalkAbout Mini Golf.

The simple yet ingenious gameplay of WalkAbout Mini Golf has conquered countless VR players. Especially on Meta Quest 2, this VR game is a big hit. Three years later, WalkAbout Mini Golf's success continues unabated, and 2023 is the studio's most productive year yet.
Since its launch, Mighty Coconut has been regularly releasing new DLC courses for Walkabout Mini Golf. This year, there are as many as eight new scene spaces for the game.
In the game, players can visit Atlantis, the center of the earth, the land of the elves, and the House of Horrors. Recently, Mighty Coconut collaborated with a number of artists to design and launch the most complex and innovative course to date, "Walkabout Mini Golf: Meow Wolf".
According to Mighty Co., Ltd., in 2023 alone, players have spent a staggering 4820150 hours playing, which equates to about 550 years.
All common VR headsets can now use virtual faders. Following the initial release of the Quest and SteamVR versions, WalkAbout Mini Golf is also appearing on PSVR2 and Pico 4 this year, and is one of the launch games for Meta Quest+. In addition, Mighty Coconut partnered with hellorealVR to release the first official hardware product, the Walkabout Grip-to-Putter.
Mighty Coconut has also promised a significant expansion over the next year, with plans to launch new courses, licenses, modes, features, and activities in 2024 and beyond. In addition, the WalkAbout Mini Golf AR Pocket Edition for iOS devices is scheduled to be released in early 2024.
