There is very little snow in Qingdao in winter, but the first light snow of this winter fell on the day of "Double 12". The thin snow is like a white veil spread on the ground, adding a bit of charm to the island city.
Looking at the flying snowflakes, my thoughts flew to the Great Northern Wilderness in the distance, where I used to work and fight, where my youth also flew, and where there was the real northern scenery.
At this time, the Great Northern Wilderness has long been "thousands of miles of ice and snow drifting", one meter thick snow on the northern land covered in silver, "mountain dancing silver snake, original Chi wax elephant"!
I remember that at the beginning of October of the solar calendar every year, the goose feathers and heavy snow in the Great Northern Wilderness have already been lifted, and on the boundless fields, we often step on the snow to harvest soybeans, corn, rice and sorghum.
At the beginning of December, heavy snow one after another, at this time, the rivers and lakes began to freeze, and the ice row ran in the Heilongjiang, Songhua River, and Ussuri River.
At the end of December, the great rivers have become glaciers, thick and thick.
Three or four meters of ice, I guess there must be a dragon king living underneath the ice.
I once stood on the hill on the bank of the Heilongjiang River, looking at the winding Heilongjiang River, like a snow dragon swimming on the black earth, writing poems about snow.
Looking at the cities and farms in Russia on the other side of the river, many Sino-Russian ports are busy, and truckloads of goods are transported on the surface to realize the development dream of the Belt and Road.
The Yabuli Ski Resort in Heilongjiang and the ice sculpture kingdom in Zhaolin Park in Harbin are even more myriad scenes: ice sculptures of Tiananmen Square, skyscrapers, ancient buildings, running trains, tank cars, ......As small as the zodiac, the soaring white swan, all kinds of ice sculptures are dazzling, and under the reflection of neon lights, they radiate a crystal clear light.
Longjiang people, whether in the city, the countryside, or the farm, will use snow to sculpt a snow dragon every winter snow day.
The white snow made all sorts of dragons.
Each dragon has small colorful lights, and at night, the dragon's body shines with colorful lights.

During the snowy season, both locals and outsiders wander in this world of ice and snow, and tourists have a hearty time here when Handahan (1) pulls the snow and climbs the plow.
In the Great Northern Wilderness in winter, although it is so cold that it turns into ice, it still can't stop people's passion and yearning for ice and snow travel. People climb snowy mountains, have snowball fights, compete in speed skating, and laughter ripples here.
Northerners treat winter as summer and play "a fire in winter"!This is the living situation of the northerners after the reform and opening up.
Because of this thin snow in Qingdao, I recall the Great Northern Wilderness that I am haunted by, which is the hometown of snow. I love the winter in the north, and I miss the distant snow country!
