Cai Xianchun, hometown: Luqiao District, Zhejiang Province, was born in the south of the Yangtze River in poetry and painting. He is a member of the Taizhou Calligraphers Association of Zhejiang Province, a member of the Zhejiang Public Security Literature and Art Association, and a representative of the Third People's Congress of Taizhou City. He studied under the Lan Ting Award winner, Zhu Changgen, a hundred schools of calligraphy in Zhejiang Province, and Fang Kuangshui, an associate professor of one hundred schools of cursive writing.
