Recently, on the day when the sons and daughters of all ethnic groups in Nujiang celebrated the Lisu "Broad Time" Cultural Festival, the opening ceremony of the 2023 5th Yunnan Provincial Outdoor Sports Carnival and the 19th "AA 100 Kilometers, Into the Nujiang Grand Canyon" hiking activity was held in Bingzhongluo Town, Gongshan County, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture.
The opening ceremony was taken by Jing Jing.
Li Xuetao, Secretary of the Gongshan County Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony and announced the opening of the hiking activity, and Li Yong, Executive Director of the Organizing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Gongshan County Party Committee and County Magistrate, delivered a welcome speech.
As the organizer of this hiking activity, Gongshan County will wholeheartedly do a good job in service guarantee for the hiking activity, provide comprehensive, high-quality and professional event services for the majority of participants, and make this hiking activity distinctive, style and level, and fully display the style and charm of the hiking activity.
The hike took place over two days. The route on the 23rd is: Bingzhong Luo Fairy Square - Nujiang First Bay Viewpoint (Turnback) - Gongdang Sacred Mountain Observatory - Sinidang - Wuli Village - Biyu Bridge - 50 kilometers to the end point of Yunnan-Tibet. The route on the 24th is: Bingzhong Luo Fairy Square - Shuangla Village - Climbing Grad - Hei Climbing Card - Jiekedi - 100 kilometers to the end of Gongshan Sanjiang Pearl Square. At 18:00 on the 24th, the award ceremony was held at Sanjiang Pearl Square in Gongshan County.

This hiking activity is another major event among the five major sports events of the 2024 Nujiang Lisu "Broad Time" Cultural Festival held after the 9th Nujiang Prefecture Ethnic Minority Crossbow Shooting Championship and the 10th Nujiang Prefecture Crossbow King Competition in 2023.
After the opening ceremony, 300 hikers set off on a walking tour.
