Since the beginning of this year, the Northeast and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions have suffered rare natural disasters, and farmland in some areas has been seriously damaged, affecting agricultural production. Wu Hongwei said that the high-standard farmland construction project of the additional issuance of treasury bonds will also give priority to supporting the construction of high-standard farmland in the northeast region, especially the construction of high-standard farmland in typical black soil areas, and increase the support, and include the disaster-stricken areas in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei into the scope of key support, so as to improve the ability of farmland disaster prevention, mitigation and relief.
