The dust removal frame has been electrostatically sprayed with silicone to provide better temperature and chemical resistance.
After the skeleton is welded on an automatic welding machine, it is transported to a powder coating factory for surface anti-corrosion treatment.
The spraying process of the dust removal skeleton is divided into 5 steps:
1.Use acidic solutions for surface cleaning.
The skeletons are packed into bundles and immersed in a pool of acidic solution for 15-30 minutes to remove dirt, grease and rust.
2.The surface is dry.
Use a flame spray gun to surface dry the skeleton.
3.Spray silicone powder.
After cleaning, the dust removal skeleton is hung on the conveyor – electrostatically sprayed with silicone powder.
The robotic arm evenly sprays the powder onto the surface of the dust removal skeleton.
Locations where the robotic arm cannot be sprayed will be assisted by workers.
4.Heat and dry.
The skeleton of spraying silicone powder is sent to the high-temperature oven by the assembly line conveyor, and the dust removal skeleton is tightly adhered to the surface of the skeleton by heating and drying in the process of passing through the high-temperature oven, and the dust removal skeleton after electrostatic spraying surface treatment is shiny and bright.
The thermal drying process is carried out in an oven with a stable and uniform temperature under the supervision of the operator.
5.Inspection and finishing of finished products.
When the dust removal skeleton leaves the drying oven and waits for it to cool, workers will check to make sure the paint covers the entire surface.
The finished dust removal skeleton is neatly stacked and ready to be shipped to the customer's factory.
High-quality electrostatic spraying dust removal skeleton.
After dry powder coating, the paint thickness, hardness, adhesion and durability of the dust removal skeleton meet the standards, which meets the corrosion resistance requirements of the dust removal skeleton and helps the dust removal skeleton to be used in boilers, incinerators and chemical environments for a longer time.
