Organize catering service practitioners such as yusheng and raw pickles to use the "Food Express APP" to carry out online training and assessment, and comprehensively improve the professional quality of employees. Compile and print the operation specifications for the processing of raw fish and pickles and distribute them to all catering service units in the city, make bulk cooked food, Chaoshan raw pickled business specifications to publicize the short, and promote the participation of people in the food safety co-construction, co-governance and sharing pattern.
