On December 10, the 2023 Annual Meeting of Chinese Business Leaders was held, and Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360 (601360, SH, hereinafter referred to as "360") Group, delivered a speech on the theme of "Promoting Entrepreneurship and Embracing AI Change", calling on entrepreneurs to insist on innovation and not "lie flat".
Zhou Hongyi said that the United States has been all in AI, and investors will not invest in non-AI projects, hoping to open up the incremental market through innovation and set off a new round of industrial revolution. For China, lack of development is the biggest insecurity, so Chinese entrepreneurs should embrace AI and adhere to idealism and long-termism.
In his speech, Zhou Hongyi proposed for the first time that entrepreneurs should establish "AI faith", believing that the large model is a breakthrough in real AI, believing that the large model is an industrial revolution-level technology, all industries will be reshaped by the large model, and enterprises and individuals who do not embrace the large model will be eliminated.
He believes that the key to establishing an AI belief is "all in AI", and explains that "all in AI" is not about creating new things, but about transforming the whole process of the enterprise from top to bottom and from the inside to the outside. He suggested that entrepreneurs should think about several questions, whether everyone in the organization is using AI, what will happen if the internal business process is transformed by AI, what will happen to products and services after being blessed by AI, and what will happen to their peers.
In the process of embracing AI, enterprises should use the amount of "AI" as the measure of their AI embrace, including the degree of familiarity of employees with AI, the degree to which products and business processes are blessed by AI, etc. At present, 360 has carried out the whole process transformation with this as the standard.
Zhou Hongyi pointed out that the key to China's development of large models is to seize the scene dividend, the current domestic large model capacity in the vertical field has been enough, China's biggest opportunity is to develop the large model to industrialization, industry meeting, verticalization, and deep customization.
