In the daily work of the "12345" citizen service in Yangpu District, the housing problems caused by water leakage and other related events have always been a hot spot for people's feedback, and such situations mainly occur in the old communities of Yangpu.

In the face of the extremely difficult to deal with the dilemma, the relevant staff actively joined hands with the urban construction center to coordinate and link the judicial office, the public security police station, the housing management bureau, the neighborhood committee, the property company and other relevant units to take the initiative to take measures to take the lead in solving the urgent contradictions and distributing and resolving the disposal problems.
After understanding the relevant situation, the Yinhang Street Urban Transportation Center took the lead in launching the coordination mechanism of the urban transportation workstation of the neighborhood committee, and immediately dispatched personnel to cooperate with the neighborhood committee to conduct on-site investigations. Inside the corridor reported by the public, the disposal personnel found that the house had been vacant for a long time, and water continued to seep out of the crack in the door, radiating to the residents on the other side of the corridor. However, after the neighborhood committee called the owner ** many times, it was never able to get in touch, and the property could not enter the door normally for maintenance and fundamentally solve the problem of water leakage.
In order to avoid the overflow from further affecting other residents in the corridor, the street urban construction center actively guided the community property management company and the neighborhood committee to take the initiative to step forward, explain the situation to the residents who gave feedback, and built a temporary water retaining slope at the entrance of room 201, and the property arranged personnel to clean up the stagnant water regularly to ensure the normal passage of residents.
Later, it was learned from many parties that due to the complexity of the relationship between the property owners of Room 201, the registration of the neighborhood committee was not owned by the owner himself, and he was not in Shanghai for a long time, and was almost in a state of disconnection, which greatly hindered the normal disposal of work orders.
In the face of such a situation, Yinhang Street attaches great importance to it, and the leaders of all units grasp the implementation of the incident, go to the forefront to actively communicate with the feedback masses, and take the initiative to take follow-up measures. Combined with the theme education of the Yangpu District Party Committee and the Daxing investigation and research work arrangement, focusing on such problems that the masses have strong reactions to, a coordination meeting was held at the grid workstation in the south of Yinhang Street to study good strategies for breaking the situation and formulate work plans. The Yinhang Street Urban Transportation Center firmly controls the disposal process, links up with the public security police station, the judicial office, and the housing management bureau to inquire about the relevant personnel of the housing there, and strives to coordinate the neighborhood committee and the property management company to visit the surrounding residents to collect information about the homeowners.
After the unremitting efforts of many departments, the party who was abroad was finally contacted in October this year, and he agreed to return to Shanghai after negotiation to cooperate with the property for maintenance. On November 7, after the repair of the property, the water leakage problem was completely solved, the potential safety hazard of water accumulation in the corridor was eliminated, and a "boulder" hanging in the hearts of the neighbors could finally fall.
