The competition in the digital economy is the competition of scenariosBecause digitalization has actually subverted many of the perceptions that traditional theoretical knowledge has brought to us. The traditional knowledge theory brings us to the world is a three-dimensional world, and no matter how the natural sciences that rely on experimental verification develop, we can only recognize the three-dimensional world, but digitalization has the potential to make human cognition go beyond the three-dimensional world and achieve four-dimensional, five-dimensional, or even more dimensional. The digital revolution has pushed human civilization towards digital civilization, which means that it is possible for human beings to live in both a three-dimensional world and a super-three-dimensional world. Although the human body cannot enter the super-three-dimensional world, the survival and development of human beings will be supported by the super-three-dimensional world, and the future wealth increase of human beings will come from the super-three-dimensional world. This means that a universal logic that follows in the three-dimensional world, the binary logic of truth and falsehood, right and wrong, is no longer applicable in the hyper-three-dimensional world. In the process of the development of the digital economy, in fact, some phenomena have emerged, such as competition issues. The competition in the industrial economy is the competition of products and services after the formation of production capacity, and it is also the best competition, but the competition of the digital economy is the competition based on the scene, which is the competition that began before it is put into production, and the rules and methods of competition have changed. The construction of scenarios determines the competitiveness of enterprises. A new scene will be a new track.
In the era of digital economy, data has become a key factor of production, this element is virtual, can be reused indefinitely, in the process of reuse, its value increases, the cost decreases, which completely changes the production function of the industrial economy, will become the main value of wealth. In fact, data is similar to imaginary numbers in mathematics, it looks virtual, but in fact it is not virtual at all, it is different from other factors of production, precisely because it is virtual and non-physical, so it transcends the boundaries of physical space, and the virtual space and scenes constructed through data are not limited by time and space. From this point of view, various platforms built with data as a factor of production are competing, but this competition is scenario competition, which has been generated before the scenario is built. Different scenarios are supported by digital technologies between generations, and their algorithms and computing power play a fundamental role. Of course, the same scenario can coexist, because the data can be used by anyone, and after collecting the data and processing it, different spaces and products can be built.
The regulation of the digital economy should be prudent and inclusiveThe issue of data rights confirmation is now unsolvable, and it seems to have reached a dead end. In the industrial era, data ownership confirmation is the first confirmation of rights and then the transaction. Data is just the opposite, data is confirmed in the transaction, not after the confirmation of the right, because it only in the transaction does the property right arise, so the right can be confirmed, and the transaction and the confirmation of the right are at the same time, not in the three-dimensional space-time relationship. Unlike intellectual property, which has a high degree of uncertainty, any data set, even if one data is changed, the entire data set is new. The value of the same data in different scenarios can vary dramatically. Data is focused on circulation and use, and confirmation of rights is not a precondition. As for privacy protection, it does not belong to the category of right confirmation, but data security. The problem with data security is not that it is leaked, but that it enters a scene that it should not be entered. Therefore, thinking about the issue of affirming rights according to the logic of the industrial economy has of course reached a dead end. From this point of view, in fact, many of the conclusions and statements we have drawn now, even including some laws and regulations, are based on the logic of industrialization to observe and analyze the problems in the rapid development of the digital economy. For the new format and new model of digital platform, the non-linear transaction model and financial model, thinking with the traditional thinking paradigm may lead to a wrong understanding and understanding, and then misjudge the risks that may be caused by it, which requires a complete transformation of the regulatory model and continuous iterative upgrading.
Misjudging risk is tantamount to misjudging friend or foeIn the three-dimensional physical world, the enemy is clearly distinguished, but with the virtualization of the economy, nonlinear characteristics are getting stronger and stronger, it is difficult to use the linear logic of industrialization to judge the risks in the development of the digital economy, if you do not adjust the way of thinking, do not use the new thinking paradigm and research paradigm applicable to the digital economy to observe and analyze the problems and risks faced in the rapid development of the digital economy, it is likely to misjudge the enemy and the enemy, delay the opportunity, waste strategic opportunities, and the war is likely to be a mess. Therefore, the regulation of the digital economy is related to the fortune of the country and the fate of the country, and we must not take it lightly in this regard.
We have repeatedly stressed the need to be prudent and tolerant in this area of regulation, and to "let the bullets fly for a while". Don't easily use a set of industrialization logic to analyze and judge the trend of the development of the digital economy, which is what we should pay urgent attention to and be highly vigilant about now. We should adopt a new paradigm of thinking and research, re-understand the competition model of enterprises, the basis for confirming property rights, monopoly and other issues, and carry out inclusive and prudential supervision. There is a long way to go to form a research paradigm, because although the development of the digital economy is very fast, it is far from mature. We have only stepped into the digital civilization with one foot, and the super-three-dimensional world should be said to be "a small lotus showing sharp corners", from this point of view, we must track the development of the digital economy.
To promote China's high-quality development, the digital economy is the only way, and to vigorously develop the digital economy, we must change our understanding of the digital revolution, change our understanding of the digital economy, and use new thinking to observe, understand and judge the problem, which is a key issue that we must solve by accelerating the development of the digital economy and promoting high-quality development. Without this premise, we are self-righteous to judge the various phenomena in the process of digital economy development according to a set of logic of industrialization, and mistake some normal phenomena for problems, which may bring huge risks.
