Sometimes, we suddenly feel unusually happy, as if all our worries and worries have disappeared in an instant. This pleasure can come from something as small as hearing a favorite song, seeing a beautiful picture, or getting together with friends to chat. These beautiful moments make us feel the beauty and meaning of life, and make us full of hope and anticipation for the future.
However, there are times when we suddenly feel extremely low and depressed. We may feel empty and helpless inside, feel like we can't get out of it, or even have suicidal thoughts. This low mood can come from a variety of reasons, such as work stress, family problems, relationships, and more. These negative emotions make us feel overwhelmed and lose confidence and hope in life.
So, why do we suddenly feel good or depressed?This is actually the result of a combination of our inner world and our external environment. When we are in a euphoric state, our brain secretes neurotransmitters such as dopamine that make us feel happy and satisfied. When we are in a low state, the brain will secrete some hormones of negative emotions, such as cortisol, etc., which make us feel anxious and restless.
