On the afternoon of December 22, the launching ceremony of the care and protection project for minors in Beichuan Yongchang Middle School was held in the academic lecture hall of the school, and more than 400 people participated in the activity, including the Mianyang Marriage and Family Education Promotion Association, the County People's Congress, the CPPCC, the Political and Legal Committee, the Propaganda Department, and the responsible comrades of relevant departments and representatives of students' parents. The ceremony was presided over by the responsible comrades of the Public Security Bureau, Zhang Dehui, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, delivered a speech, Jiang Zhiqiang, president of the Mianyang Marriage and Family Education Promotion Association and deputy director of the Steering Committee of Southwest University of Science and Technology, introduced the specific plan of the project, and the responsible comrades of the County Education and Sports Bureau delivered a speech, and the project partner, Beichuan Yongchang Middle School, signed a cooperation agreement with the Mianyang Marriage and Family Promotion Association. In his speech, Deputy Director Zhang Dehui expressed his gratitude to the Mianyang Marriage and Family Education Promotion Association, introduced the development of the protection of minors in our county, spoke highly of the care and protection project for minors launched this time, and put forward hopes and requirements for the operation of the project. 
The project launched this time is one of the top ten activities of Beichuan "Feng Police" initiated by the "Love House" of the National People's Congress and the Beichuan "Heart Mu Plan", which is supported by the Mianyang Marriage and Family Education Promotion Association in terms of funds, intelligence and manpower, and in-depth cooperation with Yongchang Middle School to establish a care and protection mechanism for minors made by families, schools and social organizations, and protect the healthy growth of the next generation in a full-time, multi-form, science-oriented, quality and effective manner. 
After the launching ceremony, President Jiang of the Mianyang Marriage and Family Education Promotion Association gave a special lecture on family education on "Strengthening the Awareness of the Main Body of Responsibility and Improving the Level of Family Education" for more than 400 parent representatives.
