ZARA factory inspection has 2 major characteristics.
1. The new factory should be audited twice, and the two times must pass the audit to get the order of Join Life above grade B, and the brand will randomly arrange a third-party organization to conduct a surprise audit with a semi-notice of 2 weeks (note: the audited annual review factory generally only needs to pass the annual audit within the specified time).
First of all, you must pass a pre-audit before you can schedule a formal review.
If the factory is the first time to cooperate with ZARA to do factory inspection, the new factory will be audited twice, respectively, by different audit agencies for ZARA pre-audit and formal audit, if ZARA pre-examination can not pass, then the factory will be directly eliminated, there is no formal audit behind, if the factory pre-examination passes, the follow-up into ZARA formal audit, ZARA factory inspection of the formal audit is a window period, if the formal audit can not pass, ZARA orders will still not be placed on you. In China, it is mainly based on getting B-level as the standard, and B-level customers can directly make orders for join life;If you are in the C grade, you will make an ordinary order.
2. Wet processing (dyeing, washing, tanning, etc.) needs to do GTW environmental assessment for green wearable products. This criterion applies to the wet processing plants (dyeers, printers, synthetic tanneries, washing plants and tanneries) included in the Inditex Group and its ** chain. The right choice of chemicals is crucial when it comes to compliance with Inditex's sustainability policy.
