With the goal of "promoting regional teaching reform and implementing the requirements of comprehensive education", Shenzhen Institute of Educational Sciences and Shenzhen Bao'an District Institute of Educational Sciences have vigorously carried out curriculum and teaching reform, built excellent research teams, and formed a series of high-level achievements. Among them, the Shenzhen Chinese In-depth Learning Xi Research Team (hereinafter referred to as the "team") as a typical representative, guided by the concept of in-depth learning Xi, relying on the Municipal Education and Scientific Research Expert Studio and the District Famous Teacher's Studio, and taking the Shenzhen Chinese In-depth Learning Xi Alliance as the platform, has been continuously engaged in Chinese classroom teaching for 17 years since September 2006, and has made remarkable achievements in four aspects: theoretical research, curriculum reconstruction and classroom modeling, teacher and student growth, and radiation promotion. The team explores and constructs a new style of reading teaching with "higher-order thinking" and "spiritual growth" as the core, and "three dimensions" (cognition, interpersonal and self) and "five links" (pre-learning Xi extraction and inference, understanding and interpretation, analysis and evaluation, transfer and innovation) as the main contents, so as to promote the teaching of Chinese reading from subject teaching to subject education, and effectively promote the improvement of students' reading literacy and the development of spiritual character.

Theoretical breakthrough Systematically construct a theoretical system for in-depth language learning and Xi.

Starting from theoretical construction, the team systematically constructs a theoretical system Xi of in-depth Chinese learning, emphasizing the premise of teachers' in-depth interpretation of texts, taking Chinese curriculum knowledge with a high degree of correlation and integration as the content, and using a variety of learning Xi methods such as Xi, cooperative Xi learning, and reflective learning Xi to cultivate students' core literacy, cooperative literacy, and reflective literacy.

The team actively promotes the modeling of language subjects and constructs a "three-dimensional five-ring" model of Chinese reading teaching. Among them, the "three-dimensional" is the cognitive dimension, the interpersonal dimension, and the self-dimension. The cognitive dimension develops students' core literacy in Chinese disciplines, consolidates the "double base", and cultivates students' higher-order thinkingIn the interpersonal dimension, students should develop the literacy of cooperative problem-solving, upgrade to "Chinese discipline thinking", and cultivate students' awareness and skills of cooperative problem-solvingThe self-dimension focuses on cultivating students' self-reflection, self-regulation, and self-improvement literacy. The team uses the alliance and studio as a platform to help teachers grow professionally, regularly organizes expert academic salons, and has held more than 50 public lectures to improve the professional ability of members through guidance topics, competitions, etc. The team instructors won the first prize of the 10th National "Chinese Language Ginseng Cup" Teaching Competition, the first prize of the Guangdong Provincial Lesson Competition, and other awards, helping teachers to establish planning projects at all levels. A group of outstanding teachers have grown into regional famous teachers, and have undertaken important positions such as the host of the Shenzhen Education and Scientific Research Expert Studio, the host of the Municipal Famous Principal's Studio, the Shenzhen Teacher of the Year, and the host of the Guangdong Famous Teacher Studio. Driven by the team, the students of Qiaoxiang School of Futian District Experimental Education Group have won nearly 40 awards at or above the municipal level, 4 students have won the title of "Top Ten Literary Teenagers on Shenzhen Campus", 4 students have won the "Kunpeng National Youth Science Fiction Literature Award", and 5 science fiction books have been published.

Over the past 10 years, the team has given full play to the leading role of regional radiation, and the team leader has been invited to carry out more than 20 special lectures on "Chinese Deep Reading Teaching" in Hangzhou, Xi'an and other places, and carried out special activities in Guangzhou, Dongguan and other places, which have been well received by teachers and students of the school.
