There are many places of interest around Sun Moon Lake, including the following:

1.Wenwu Temple: Founded in 1932, located on the mountainside in the north of Sun Moon Lake, the main worship of Emperor Guan, and the other worship of Confucius, Yue Fei and get the name. The temple is dominated by golden yellow and stands majestically. Climb the slope of the apse of Wenwu Temple, you can overlook the Sun Moon Lake in the distance.

2.Peacock Garden: A zoo dedicated to peacocks located next to the Ring Lake Road, established in 1968. There are about 200 peacocks in the park, mainly blue peafowl.
