Wang Xinfu, a native of Chongqing, born in 1959, was admitted to the Gouache Painting Advanced Course of the Department of Arts and Crafts of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1979 to study Xi, and in 1982, he was admitted to the undergraduate Xi of the Department of Arts and Crafts of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, and graduated in 1986 to engage in basic color teaching, under the guidance of Mr. Li Youxing, the founder of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. He is currently a professor at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a director of the Chongqing Oil Painting Institute, a member of the Paris Autumn Art Salon in France, and a member of the Taylor Art Association in France. His works have participated in many Chongqing and China Artists Association and international art exhibitions, and have been selected for the French Autumn Art Salon for six consecutive years, and won the "Golden Canvas Award" issued by the French Council.
