Time flies, and in December, we had a busy and fulfilling week. This week's teaching is in good order, the students are abiding by the rules and disciplines, the teachers are conscientious, and the campus is full of civility, harmony and positive progress.
Flag-raising. On the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland, the No. 2 Experimental Primary School of Linzhou City held a flag-raising ceremony with the theme of "The Motherland is in My Heart and the Children's Heart of Macao", calling on all team members to resolutely safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity, and to promote the process of reunification of the motherland from their own point of view.
Teacher Liu Shuxian and Teacher Chen Zhangli, counselors of the Young Pioneers Brigade, gave speeches under the national flag, encouraging the team members to take practical actions to cultivate the feelings of the family and the country and continue the spiritual bloodline. The future of the country, the destiny of the nation, and the happiness of the people are the responsibilities that contemporary Chinese young people must and will bear.

Party building. Recently, the low temperature and snow freezing weather continued, and the Party Branch of the Second Experimental Primary School of Linzhou City organized teachers to act quickly to remove snow and ice in the subcontracted section of Ping'an Street, test the learning results with practical actions, and open up a warm and safe road on the cold and snow, and promote the study and implementation of the theme education of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.

At the beginning of the lanterns, all the male teachers of the second experimental primary school in Linzhou City are still fighting on the road, braving the cold, waving shovels, and working together to shovel snow and ice.

Teaching and Research. In order to implement the educational concept of the new curriculum standard, promote the educational value of the core literacy of the discipline to lead the improvement of classroom quality, and effectively implement the overall teaching of the unit, on the afternoon of December 18, 2023, all the teachers of the English comprehensive group of our school listened to the special lecture "Large Unit Teaching Based on Core Literacy" by Director Yuan Sulin. Principal Qin Xiaoling participated in and guided the whole process.
Director Yuan Sulin expounded and interpreted the importance and necessity of implementing the overall teaching of the unit under the guidance of core literacy from four aspects: "China's education policy in the new era", "structured curriculum structure", "students' core literacy" and "teachers' professional development", and then interpreted the embodiment of core literacy in various subject textbooks and classrooms in the form of lesson examples.
Through this training activity, the teachers have a deeper understanding of the overall teaching and core literacy of the large unit. We will continue to learn and explore in the future teaching, and truly integrate the concept of large-unit teaching into our classroom teaching. Events. On the evening of December 21, the special program "Model 8" jointly produced by the Organization Department and the Radio and Television Station premiered on the comprehensive channel of the first TV station (CCTV-1). The Party Branch of Linzhou Second Experimental Primary School organized all teachers and staff to learn and watch.
In the program "Model 8", 6 party members and the Party Committee of Hengkantou Village, Yuyao, Zhejiang Province vividly demonstrated the outstanding deeds of learning and practice, as well as the noble qualities and spiritual demeanor of firm belief, practice of purpose, hard work and dedication, honesty and dedication, highlighting the role of grassroots party organizations as a fighting fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, and interpreting the spirit of the Chinese nation with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core.
