Arsenal are reportedly considering action against Juventus and Turkish striker Kenan Yildiz in January next year. The 18-year-old spent time in the Bayern Munich academy before joining Juventus and his performances in the youth team have been impressive. Yildiz made his first senior appearance for Juventus this season, making five substitute appearances, although he is yet to score or assist in a game.

However, he has already made his first appearance for the Turkish national team and has scored a goal and an assist in his first three games. Despite the recent signing of a new contract with Juventus, Arsenal are said to be undeterred and could make a move against him in the upcoming transfer window. However, the negotiations may not go well, as Juventus can demand a hefty transfer fee due to his contract extension.

Arsenal aren't the only club keeping an eye on Yildiz's progress, with Liverpool's sporting director reportedly also tracking the teenager. While Arsenal need a striker as Gabriel Jesus and Eddy Nekitia don't have the ability to score goals consistently, their top target for summer 2024 is expected to be a well-known striker. They are linked with Brentford's Ivan Toney and Napoli's Victor Osimhenlen rumoured. Arsenal are focusing on strengthening their midfield in the upcoming January transfer window before pursuing a new striker, while Thomas Partey is representing Ghana in the Africa Cup of Nations.
