Sit and meditate and lament the passage of time.
In August 1987, when I was not yet 19 years old, I came to Hefu Rural Middle School and began my teaching career with my luggage alone, with curiosity and worry about rural life, and excitement and apprehension about my future work.
I stayed in this school for 5 years, and the most memorable thing was that the school demolished the old building and built a new building, and the students were arranged to attend classes in the living room of the old cousin's house in a nearby village. Because the living room is smaller than the classroom, the two classes were split into three classes, and a group of our young people, under the leadership of the old teacher, went back and forth between the village and the school every day, taking three classes, and being the head teacher of one class, so busy every day that our feet did not touch the ground, it was really tiring!
However, there is also happiness that is not available in the city, we young people take advantage of the fact that the students are asleep, the male teacher goes to catch frogs and eels or something, the female teacher does logistics work in the dormitory, and then a group of young people eat supper in the middle of the night. No matter how hard and tiring the work is, I have to stay up all night studying for Xi exams to improve my professional level. In the past few years at Hepu Middle School, I have met many good colleagues and friends who care about me, as well as students who silently help me, an imbecile child.
1993 was my lucky year, thanks to the recommendation of my mentor Mr. Chen, I went to the county middle school as a substitute teacher, and the next year I participated in the first selection examination in the county, and since then I have officially entered the county middle school, and at the same time passed all the subjects of the undergraduate section of the provincial higher education self-study examination, and obtained the undergraduate diploma I dreamed of.
I've always considered myself lucky. In the past 36 years of teaching, I have many colleagues and friends who care for and support me, teachers who first taught me to read and then teach me, and a large number of parents and students who have given me all kinds of inspiration and advice, so that I can truly appreciate the meaning of teaching and learning ......
It seems that in the blink of an eye, I am retiring, and I wish my loved ones and those who love me good health and happiness!
