With the continuous development of industrialization, the stable performance of the lighting lamp in the processing process of machine tools is also increasing. Especially in high-temperature environments, traditional lighting lamps often have problems such as easy damage, high heat generation, and short life. Therefore, in order to meet the lighting needs of machine tools in high-temperature environments, we evaluated and studied the stability performance of machine tool lighting.
In terms of structure, we selected a new type of LED lighting as the research object. The lamp adopts an efficient heat dissipation structure design, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the lamp beads and improve the overall stability performance. At the same time, the lamp adopts a fully enclosed dustproof and waterproof design, which can effectively prevent the lamp beads from being affected by the external environment and prolong the service life of the lamp.
In terms of application, we applied the lighting of the object of study to CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. After a long period of practical operation tests, the lights showed very stable performance. Even in the high temperature environment, the brightness and color of the lamp remain stable, and there is no burnout or yellowing and dimming of the lamp beads, which provides good lighting conditions for the normal processing of the machine tool.
We also demonstrated the advantages of the new LED lighting by comparing it with conventional lighting. The problems that traditional lighting lamps are prone to in high-temperature environments, such as lamp beads burning out and high heat generation, have been effectively improved. Moreover, the new lighting has a longer life, more energy-saving and more environmentally friendly, which can greatly reduce the cost of the machine tool and improve the overall performance of the machine tool.
From the perspective of market prospects, with the continuous improvement of industrial automation and intelligence, the demand for machine tool lighting will also increase. Machine tool lighting in high-temperature environments is an important demand point in the market.
