Hui'an Keshan Park, located in the western suburbs of the county, was once known as Denggao Mountain. Its history can be traced back to the early Northern Song Dynasty, Lu Zhan Jielu studied here, and then raised Dengke, so it was named Dengke Mountain, referred to as Keshan. Close to the north and south of the Luoshan Mountain and the volcano, Keshan Park has become the intersection of the natural and cultural landscapes of this area, with a radius of ten miles, the morning bell and the dusk drum, like a fairyland, is an excellent place to climb high for leisure and visit the ancient world.
This beautiful park is a rich blend of natural and cultural landscapes. Among them, the natural ecological protection forest area and the Qiyi Reservoir show a beautiful environment and beautiful scenery. The historic Keshan Temple, founded in the Song Dynasty, after many repairs in the Ming and Qing dynasties, the red eaves and green tiles loom in the jungle, becoming a Zen building in the park. On the mountain stone wall around the temple, there are cliff carvings from the Song and Ming dynasties to modern times, and the size of the characters is staggered, outlining the traces of history. These inscriptions bear witness to the ancient stories left by literati and scholars in Keshan throughout the ages, including the inscription of Zheng Qingzi and others in the Song Dynasty, the "highest peak" of Zhang Huan in the Ming Dynasty, and the "high mountains and long waters" of Liu Wanghai, an official in the Ming Dynasty.
Walk along the cement road to Kuixing Temple and Qingshan Temple, the temple enshrines the cultural relics of the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty Kuixing statue and the stele of "buried in Hui'an, God in Qingshan, there is no Huiyi, there is Qingshan first". The bluestone relief of the Kuixing statue is lifelike, and its demeanor is Bixiao, and the "stone carving garden" in front of the temple shows a variety of styles of large-scale relief, round carving artworks, so that the best people forget to return. It is not only a place of belief in Kuixing, but also a place for the reproduction and display of carving works by Hui'an stone carving craftsmen across the country, providing a vivid footnote for the long history of Hui'an stone carving technology.
Then come to the Zhiling Pavilion, walk more than 100 meters along the slope in front of Keshan Temple, you can reach the "Luzi Reading Office". Lu Zi settled here, studied diligently, and finally became famous, leaving an admirable life. Zhiling Pavilion is to commemorate the scholar and built, stand on the pavilion and look into the distance, "the monument to the control of mountains and waters" pavilion stands on the mountainside, the inscription truly records the liberation of 500,000 people in Hui'an County under the leadership of the party, conquer the poor mountains and bad waters, transform nature, fundamentally change the glorious history of natural appearance.
Passing through the Qing Dynasty's "Dengyun Pavilion", enjoy the beautiful scenery of climbing high and looking far along the way, and finally arrive at the "Hundred Lion Garden". This is a park that shows the exquisite skills of Hui'an stone carving craftsmen, simulating the hundreds of famous lions in the famous scenic spots across the country, and the stone lions lie down among the mountains and rivers, showing a majestic and mighty momentum, fully demonstrating the ingenuity of Hui'an's "hometown of stone carving".
Keshan Park is the general concern of Lingshan Huishui, attracting bustling tourists to visit Youyou. When you come here, you can not only appreciate the excellent skills of Hui'an craftsmen, who are known as the "hometown of stone carving" and "the hometown of architecture", but also appreciate the wonderful scenery of famous mountains and rivers and the century-old folk customs of Hui'an.
