At CES 2024, Intel unveiled the Core 14th Gen mobile and desktop processor series, including the HX series of mobile processors and mainstream 65W and 35W desktop processors, as well as the new Core U Mobile Processor 1 series for high-performance mainstream thin and light laptops. 
In the keynote speech that followed, Michelle Johnston Holthaus, Intel's executive vice president and general manager of the sales, marketing, and communications group, showcased the next-generation Lunar Lake chip, while also mentioning Arrow Lake, and confirmed that the two processors will be available between the fall and the end of this year, according to WCCFTECH. Lunar Lake is a mobile platform with a new CPU core architecture with significant IPC improvements and a 3x increase in NPU performance. It is equipped with up to 4 P-Cores and 4 E-Cores with Lion Cove and Skymont E-CoresIt uses the XE2-LPG architecture of the next-generation Battlemage, can be equipped with up to 8 XE-Cores, supports real-time ray tracing, and provides VCC H266 hardware** decoding and support dp 14、hdmi 2.1、edp 1.4/1.5**Output;Integrated with next-generation NPU 40 Neural Processing Unit;PCIe 5 is supported0/4.0 x4 interface;With Thunderbolt 4, up to 3 USB4 ports;Support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5 is integrated via the BE201 network card based on the CNVIO2 interface4.
Arrow Lake will be available on both desktop and mobile platforms, and will be the successor to Meteor Lake, the Core Ultra 2nd Gen processor, which will be optimized for gaming. According to Intel, this is "the first gaming CPU with an AI accelerator". It also uses the P-Core of the Lion Cove architecture and the E-Core of the Skymont architecture, and is equipped with up to 8 P-Cores and 16 E-CoresThe Xe-LPG+ architecture based on Alchemist will be introducedLGA 1851 sockets will be used on desktop platforms instead.
