1. Teaching first "educates people".
As a homeroom teacher, I very much agree with Mr. Wei's concept of "educating people" before teaching. Primary school is the beginning of a student's learning career, and primary school teachers are the children's enlightenment teachers. At this stage, the correct outlook on life and values we teach are the most needed and valuable assets for students, and these are achieved through "educating people". Therefore, as a homeroom teacher, we must first truly and comprehensively understand the students, and teach students according to their aptitude through education that is tailored to the situation. Only by doing so can we help students establish a correct sense of learning, develop conscious behavior habits, consciously transform them into the motivation for independent learning, and then obtain room for continuous improvement.
2. Truly love students
The teacher's love and understanding will invisibly shorten the distance between teachers and students, as the so-called "kiss the teacher, believe in the way", a good teacher-student relationship is conducive to the healthy development of students. In our daily work, we should pay close attention to the inner world of students, so that students can feel love, know how to love, and learn to love, so that students can become a person who knows how to care for others under the guidance of teachers.

Mr. Wei's words brought my mind back to my teenage years. Everyone's growth path is full of ups and downs and setbacks, and at a certain age, they will encounter problems in their growth, and it is normal to expose problems. On the contrary, if there are no problems, the child is not a child, but an adult. For example: naughty and playful in childhood, rebellion in adolescence, early love in adolescence, etc., this is a normal phenomenon of a person's different stages of growth, when we have come through those stages, we should not expect children to be so well-behaved and obedient, do not appear in these situations. I deeply reflect on myself, when a student has some problems, our first reaction should not be anger, but with empathy to think about how to guide the child at this time, how to help him, and work with him to get out of the situation and solve the problem. The role of the teacher should be to guide students to look at the problem correctly, solve the problem, defeat the problem in the growth, and grow up physically and mentally healthy.
3. Pay attention to the parent-child relationship
Teacher Wei said, "Teachers are the glue of parent-child relationship". The class teacher should be good at mediating the relationship between parents and students, making it more intimate and harmonious, and playing the role of stitching needle and thread and universal glue.
In the work of the class teacher, many students will tell us about their parents, the mother is too strict, and the father is too fond of playing with mobile phones. There was a boy in our class, his father was a coal miner, and according to the child, when his father came home from work, he closed the bedroom door and immersed himself in the world of his mobile phone, and rarely spent time with himself. In response to this situation, I first recommended my children to read the book "Ordinary World" with me, and walked into the book to see what kind of labor intensity my father's work was, and how my father was sweating like rain in the ground dozens of meters deep. I read the scene of Sun Shaoping's work and labor in the book to this child, and the child's eyes moistened after listening to it, and he also felt that his father's work was not easy. Taking advantage of this opportunity, I had a long talk with my child to educate my child, your father is a competent father, he gets paid for his labor through heavy work, provides his children with a good education as much as possible, and never allows his children to be wronged in terms of food and clothing, from this point of view, he is really a good and conscientious father. When you grow up in the future, when you become a father, I believe you will be able to understand this deep love better. At the same time, I invited the child's father to the school and told the father what the child was saying, so that he could spend as much time as possible with the child. Through our communication and exchanges, children and fathers can understand each other and create a harmonious family relationship.
