In July 2023, Ms. Qu, a citizen, reported to the police that she was defrauded of more than 320,000 yuan on the grounds of returning the training fee. After investigation, Ms. Qu received a refund notice from an internal training institution, saying that she could apply for a refund of the previous registration fee. Subsequently, Ms. Qu added the other party's QQ by scanning ***, and according to the other party's prompts, she entered the "refund group" and *APP to operate, and the fraud suspect asked Ms. Qu to transfer money three times on the grounds that the account was frozen.

After investigation by the police, it was found that the shipping address marked on the courier bill sent to Ms. Qu was false. Subsequently, through the analysis and judgment of the relevant information of the express order, the actual delivery place of the suspect was learned, and the fraud gang composed of Sheng, Xu and others was locked. After investigation, the suspect involved in the case defrauded the people who had participated in the training by impersonating the company's customer service and other identities in the name of handling training refunds.

On November 22, the police handling the case arrested 3 suspects involved in the case and recovered more than 60,000 yuan of stolen money. At present, three criminal suspects have been criminally detained in accordance with the law, and the case is under further investigation.
