Affected by the large-scale rain and snow cooling weather in Zibo City, the 220 thousand volt Baima line across the North Wufeng Mountain of Qiaoxi Village, Shima Town, Boshan District was seriously iced, and the maximum diameter of the ice attached to the conductor exceeded 100 mm, which affected the safe operation of the line. Among them, the 220 kV White Horse Line Tower No. 27 to No. 28 tower due to crossing the canyon, the length of the pitch is more than 560 meters, and the long-term ice attachment and weight pressure are damaged, which forms damage to the wire. The staff of the State Grid Zibo Power Supply Company braved the snow to inspect and confirmed that the line between the two towers needed to be reinforced in time, and the No. 1 sub-conductor from Tower 26 to Tower 30 needed to be removed.
On December 19, the temperature dropped to -14 in the southern mountains. State Grid Zibo Power Supply Company sent a repair team of more than 40 people to the foot of Wufeng Mountain. At this time, there is still light snow in the sky, and the mountain road is slippery and the motor vehicles cannot reach the top of the mountain, and the electric grinding, pulley, and reinforcing wire used for emergency repair can only be carried up the mountain by hand.
Each electric grinding machine weighs more than 300 pounds, and we send two groups of four people in each group to rotate every time they climb a section. Niu Bingzhen, director of the transmission center of the State Grid Zibo Power Supply Company, said that Wufeng Mountain is 581 meters above sea level, the road is slippery and dense, and it takes more than a dozen times along the way to transport equipment and equipment to the top of the mountain. Due to the need to fight overnight, the staff set up temporary tents at the bottom of the mountain for food and rest, and finally delivered all the materials in place.
At 9 o'clock on December 20, the temperature on Wufeng Mountain dropped to -15. After receiving the instruction of power dispatching that "the load transfer is completed, the line has been cut off, and emergency repairs are permitted", the emergency repair personnel immediately braved the severe cold to climb the tower more than 60 meters high and start construction. The line tower is on the top of the mountain, the surrounding is empty, the cold wind is strong, the repair personnel are in an orderly manner, hang the ground wire, eliminate the ice, repair and replace the wire, and successfully complete the repair task at 15 o'clock on the same day, and the white horse line has resumed normal operation.
It is reported that the 220 thousand volt Baima line is an important line of the southern Zibo power grid, which is responsible for the electricity load in the southern mountainous area of Boshan.
