1. The powder sintered filter element is the core part of the filter, and the powder sintered filter element is composed of special materials, which is a vulnerable part and requires special protection and maintenance.

2. When the filter in the system works for a period of time, the powder sintering filter element in the filter has intercepted a certain amount of pollution impurities, then the pressure increases, the flow rate will gradually decrease, and the transmitter will remind the alarm, at this time, it is necessary to clean up the impurities in the powder sintering filter element in time, and the powder sintering filter element needs to be cleaned.

3. In the process of cleaning the powder sintered filter element, we must pay attention to the powder sintered filter element shall not be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, it should not be used again, so as not to affect the filtration efficiency and cause damage to the whole system.

Powder sintering filter element replacement method:

Water spills are common during this process, so be sure to have cleaning utensils such as a basin or towel ready

a) Turn off the electroplating ball valve and the pressure barrel ball valve;

b) Open the gooseneck faucet to drain the residual water from the pipes;

c) After the water no longer flows out, use the filter shell wrench to open the filter housing equipped with the powder sintered filter element;

d) Take out the old powder sintering filter element and load it with a new powder sintering filter element of the same specification;

e) Apply the black "O" ring above the filter housing with a lubricant such as petroleum jelly, and then place the "O" ring into the groove in the filter housing.

f) Tighten the housing vertically to avoid displacing the "O" ring.

g) Open the electroplating ball valve and pressure barrel ball valve.
