The project started on May 6, 2019 and completed the completion filing on July 6, 2023. The project has won many awards such as the "China Steel Structure Gold Award" Recommendation Award, the Hangzhou Construction Engineering Structure Quality Award, and the Xiaoshan District Construction Engineering Structure Quality Award.

At present, Xiaoshan Transportation Bureau and some subordinate units, Xiaoshan Trading Investment Group and some subordinate companies have settled in. Located on the east side of the Avenue and constructed by the Urban Construction Company, a subsidiary of the Group, the High-tech Park Project (Phase I) (also known as Infinity Park) is a large-scale comprehensive building integrating commercial and commercial offices, mainly serving the incubation and growth of small technology, creativity and innovative enterprises. The project covers an area of 31,568 square meters, with a total construction area of 148515 square meters.

The project has a total of 3 main buildings, with a maximum of 23 floors and an area of 53,137 square meters, with 2-4 floors of above-ground podiumsThe underground area is 53,815 square meters, and the basement has two floors, equipped with 1,017 motor vehicle parking spaces and 1,576 non-motor vehicle parking spaces.

The project started on November 9, 2019 and completed the completion filing on July 5, 2023. The project has won many honors such as China Steel Structure Gold Award, Zhejiang Steel Structure King Kong Award, Hangzhou Construction Engineering Structure Quality Award, Hangzhou Demonstration Migrant Worker School, and Xiaoshan District Construction Project "Quality Structure Award".

Located at the junction of Xiaoshan and Binjiang, the project is the embodiment of Xiaobin's integrated industry. The Gaotian Community (Phase I) and Permanent Community Urban Village Reconstruction and Resettlement Housing Project of Beigan Street is located in Beigan Street and is constructed by the Urban Construction Company under Xiaoshan Trading Investment Group. The total area of the project is 112 acres, with a total construction area of 2370,000 square meters. Affected by the location, the project is divided into three independent blocks: Gaotian Community, Permanent Community East and Permanent Community West.

The above-ground part is composed of 9 16-26 storey high-rise buildings and 9 7-storey buildings and supporting service buildings, with a total of 1,070 housing units, 1,797 supporting motor vehicle parking spaces, and equipped with underground parking garages, civil air defense, commercial blocks, public communities, etc.

The project started in March 2019, completed the completion filing on January 13, 2023, and completed the subdivision on July 15, 2023, and successfully resettled 465 households. The project has won many honors such as "The Most Beautiful Resettlement Housing" in Hangzhou, Hangzhou Construction Engineering Structure Quality Award, Hangzhou Safety Production Standard Construction Site, "Quality Structure Award" for Xiaoshan District Construction Project, and "Safe Construction Site" in Xiaoshan District.

Beiganshan South Park was built by the urban construction company under Xiaoshan Trading Investment Group. The project is located in the central urban area of Xiaoshan, south of Beiganshan and north of Xiaoxiao Liaison Line, with a total land area of 28,876 square meters and a total construction of 5,215 square meters.

The layout of the park is designed in Chinese garden style, and the landscape is roughly divided into three areas: west, middle and east, and the overall building includes the relocation of 5 ancient buildings and the construction of a new antique building. The west area includes cherry blossom pavilions, squares, etc.;The central area includes the main building, the crane pavilion, the moon to the wind pavilion, etc.;The eastern area includes exhibition halls, rockery stacked stones, Shuxiao Pavilion, etc.

The park started construction on April 16, 2022 and completed the completion acceptance on June 30, 2023. The natural and cultural landscapes in the park complement each other, showing the Jiangnan garden style to the fullest, and will become a good place for the people of Xiaoshan to play and check in, and they can enjoy a convenient and dynamic space at their doorstep.

Public rental housing in the city

Located in Chengbei Village, Beigan Street, Chengbori Public Rental Housing is constructed by Urban Construction Company, a subsidiary of Jiaotou Group, with a total land area of 16,385 and a total construction area of 44,128.

The project has a total of five buildings, 2 17-storey buildings and 2 18-storey buildings and 1 2-storey supporting building (community pension housing, community management housing), with a total of 396 households, 71 above-ground motor parking spaces, 300 underground motor parking spaces and 919 non-motor vehicles.

The project started on March 16, 2020 and is expected to be completed in early 2024. The project has won many honors such as Hangzhou Construction Engineering Structure Quality Award, Xiaoshan District Construction Project "Quality Structure Award", and Xiaoshan District "Safe Construction Site".

Since the start of construction, the Chengbori public rental housing project has always adhered to the priority of quality and efficiency, and created high-quality public rental housing with ingenuity, which will meet the housing needs of the people at different levels and truly realize "living in a safe place" and "living in peace".

The project is located in the B-06 plot of Shankou Unit, Beigan Street, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, east to Mong Kok City, west to Workers Road, south to Xiao Xiao Liaison Line, and north to Mong Kok City, with a land area of 12,553 square meters and a total construction area of 38,3201 square meter.

The project has a total of 1 25-storey high-rise residential building and 2 7-storey multi-storey residential buildings, as well as 3 supporting public buildings and 1 basement. The total number of households is 296, with 331 motorized parking spaces and 668 non-motorized parking spaces.

The project started in September 2019, completed the first-class anti-acceptance filing on November 9, 2023, completed the comprehensive acceptance on November 21, passed the fire protection acceptance on November 23, and is expected to complete the completion filing in early 2024.

The project is located in Shanhou Village, Yiqiao Town, Xiaoshan District, with green space along the planned Times Avenue in the east, Binjiang Road in the west, Village Road in the south, and Jinyu Sanjiang in the north, with a land area of 89,977 square meters and a total construction area of 2238813 square meters.

The project is planned to consist of 14 8-storey multi-storey residential buildings and 19 small high-rise residential buildings with 10-18 floors, supporting rooms and basement garages, as well as 5 supporting public buildings and 1 basement. The total number of households is 947, with 1,484 motorized parking spaces and 2,015 non-motorized parking spaces. There are five types of apartments in the project.

The project was completed on November 28.

The project is located at the intersection of Panshui Road and Xiaoran West Road, consisting of four plots: 04 plots, 12 plots, 25 plots and 34 plots, with a total construction area of about 33236347 square meters.

Lot 04 of the project consists of 2 underground floors, 3 25-storey buildings above ground, 1 office building and community supporting buildings. Lot 12 consists of 2 floors underground, 3 buildings with 13-15 floors above ground, and 1 2-storey cultural center. Lot 34 consists of 2 basement floors, 3 26-storey buildings above ground, 1 16-storey building above ground and community supporting buildings. Lot 25 consists of 2 basement floors, 4 19-storey buildings above ground, 5 26-storey buildings above ground and 1 7-storey community supporting building.

The project is currently in the stage of municipal landscape construction, and it is expected to complete all completion procedures in the second half of 2024.

Peikan Centralized Resettlement Housing (Phase I) Project

The Beigan Street Centralized Resettlement Housing (Phase I) project is undertaken by the Urban Construction Company, a subsidiary of the Communications Investment Group, with a total land area of 436 acres, with a total construction area of 11667672 square meters.

The project consists of 7 high-rise residential buildings and 1 supporting building, of which 4 are 26-storey high-rise residential buildings on the north side, 3 high-rise residential buildings with 23-24 floors and 1 8-storey supporting building on the south side. In addition, there is a property management room, a communication room, a public toilet, an opening and closing office, a garbage room, and a basement on the second floor. The total number of households in the project is 716, with a total of 828 motorized parking spaces and 1,582 non-motorized parking spaces.

At present, the main body of the project has been completed, 70% of the decoration has been completed, 60% of the curtain wall has been completed, and 40% of the earthwork has been backfilled, and it is expected to be delivered by the end of 2024.

Centralized resettlement housing (phase II) project

The Beigan Street Centralized Resettlement Housing (Phase II) project was undertaken by the Urban Construction Company, a subsidiary of the Communications Investment Group, with a total land area of 21,502 and a total construction area of 88,5524㎡。Among them, the above-ground construction area is 53,755 and the underground construction area is 34,79740 for a two-storey basement.

The project has a total of 6 high-rise residential buildings with 19-21 floors, 3 1-storey supporting buildings, and 1 4-storey living hall. The total number of households in the project is 444, with a total of 931 non-motorized parking spaces and 576 motorized parking spaces.

The project is currently in the main structure construction stage and is expected to be delivered in 2025.

Chengxiang Centralized Resettlement Housing (Phase I) Project

The first phase of the Chengxiang Street Centralized Resettlement Housing Project was undertaken by the Urban Construction Company under Xiaoshan Trading Investment Group. The project is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Tonghui South Road and Daoyuan Road, with a land area of 33,893 square meters and a total construction area of 1387364 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 86,2086 square meters, underground construction area of 525278 square meters, plot ratio 254, building density 2199%, 35% green space rate, the project consists of 7 27-storey high-rise residential buildings, a total of 712 housing units, and equipped with a 2-storey community red hall, the basement is 2 floors, supporting 973 motor vehicle parking spaces, 1619 non-motor vehicle parking spaces.

It is currently in the construction stage of the main structure and is expected to be completed in June 2025.

Style High-tech Park (Phase II) Project

The project is constructed by Urban Construction Company, a subsidiary of Jiaotou Group, and is located on the north side of Xingwu Road, the south side of Jianshe 2nd Road, the east side of Style Avenue and the west side of Xiaoyou Road, with a land area of 46,307 square meters and a total construction area of 279,6602 square meters, of which the ground area is 186,1602 square meters.

This project is a large-scale comprehensive building integrating commercial, commercial and office. There are 5 main buildings of the project, with a maximum of 31 floors, a building height of 150 meters, an underground area of 93,500 square meters, and a basement of two floors.

The main structure of the project is currently 70% complete and is expected to be completed in December 2025.

Cultural and creative infrastructure in Mianbeili area.

Renovation of urban renewal projects

The urban renewal project of cultural and creative infrastructure renovation in Mianbeili area was undertaken by Urban Construction Company, a subsidiary of Jiaotou Group. The project is bounded by Zongqi Road in the east, Hengsi Road in the south, Shanyin Road in the north, and Gonggong Road in the west. The total land area of the project is 30,289, and the total construction area is 112734.

The project has a total of 5 high-rise buildings of more than 10 floors, and the commercial block is composed of 2-3 storey low-rise buildings such as cultural and creative museums, libraries, exhibition centers, and creative centers, as well as 1 citizen leisure square, and a total of 836 motor vehicle parking spaces in the underground parking garage.

The project is currently in the floor excavation stage and is expected to be completed in October 2025.

Puyang public rental housing

The new public rental housing project of the XSLP0704-36 plot of Puyang unit was undertaken by the Urban Construction Company, a subsidiary of the Communications Investment Group. The project is located in Puyang Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, with Yanjiang Road in the east, Hengshi Road in the south, Xingpu Road in the west, and Jianpu Road in the north. The total construction area of the project is 12984515m, of which the planned total construction area (excluding overhead floors 126,740.)25m, overhead floor area 31049m²。There are 10 monomers in this project, and the 1st to 7th floors are 18 floors of public rental housing, with a building height of 5385 meters, 8-10 floors for supporting service rooms, opening and closing stations, power distribution rooms. The basement is a 2-storey basement. It is divided into 50-60 square meters and 60-70 square meters. There are 30 above-ground parking spaces and 1,116 underground parking spaces. At present, the project is progressing in an orderly manner.

Punan's future community resettlement housing

The Punan Future Community Resettlement Housing Project was undertaken by Urban Construction Company, a subsidiary of Jiaotou Group. The project is located in the south of Linpu Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, on the south bank of Puyang River (Linpu Section), east to Provincial Highway 03, south to Renmin Street, west to Yushan Road, north to Linhua Road, with a land area of 4531 acres, with a planned investment of 106087 million yuan. The project will be built to resettle housing and supporting facilities, with a total construction area of 10345602 square meters, underground construction area of 3684256 square meters. Construction officially started on December 20.

Punan's Future Community, Linlan City

Located on the south bank of the Linpu section of the Puyang River, Punan's Future Community Linlan City is a government-enterprise cooperation project jointly built by the District Communications Investment Group, Linpu Town and Binjiang Group, with a construction area of about 450,000 square meters.

The project brings together nine scenarios: future neighborhood, education, health, entrepreneurship, construction, transportation, low carbon, service and governance, and is committed to building a super future community integrating high-quality residences, talent apartments, commercial blocks and neighborhood centers, which belongs to the third batch of future community creation projects and provincial major projects in Zhejiang Province.

Previously, Linlan City has completed four opening sales, and the XSLP0312-01 commercial and residential plot landscape garden and the future book bar on the 13th floor overhead floor have been presented.
