Siemens G150 series inverter power supply phase failure alarm F0020** maintenance.

Fault**: The F0020 power supply is out of phase.

Cause of failure: If one of the three phase input supply voltage is lost, the fault occurs, but the pulse of the inverter is still allowed to output, and the inverter can still carry the load.

Fault diagnosis and maintenance measures: Check the lines of each phase of the input power supply.

Fault**: F0021 ground fault.

Cause of failure: If the sum of the phase currents exceeds 5% of the rated current of the inverter, this fault will be caused.

Fault**: F0022 power pack fault.

Failure Cause: Hardware failure (PO947-22 and P0949=1) will be caused under the following conditions:

1) DC loop overcurrent = IGBT short circuit (2) brake chopper short circuit.

3) There is a ground fault (4) The IO plate is not properly inserted into the dimensions A to C(1), (2), (3), (4) dimensions D to E(1), (2), (4) dimensions F(2), (4).

Since all these faults are represented by just one fault signal of the stack, it is not possible to determine which component is actually faulty. Dimensions FX and GX

UCE faults are detected when R0947=22 and the fault value R0949-12, or 13, or 14 (depending on UCE).

Fault diagnosis and maintenance measures: check the IO board. It must be fully inserted.
