Recently, with the successful pouring of the last concrete, the main foundation pit of the 15th standard Yingbin 3rd Road Station of the Jiamin Line of the Municipal Railway, which was invested and constructed by Shanghai Shentie and constructed by the 11th Bureau of China Railway, was successfully sealed, which is also the first station on the whole line to complete the bottom sealing of the overall foundation pit.

Standard 15 Yingbin 3rd Road Station is a three-storey underground single-column double-span island station, with a total net length of 244 meters and a net width of 20 standard sections6 meters, using the open cut and cut method of construction. The site foundation pit is mostly silty clay, the soil layer is flow plastic, with high compressibility, low strength, small permeability and high sensitivity, and has high technical requirements for controlling structural deformation and maintaining the stability of the foundation pit during the construction process.

In the process of foundation pit sealing, it is faced with the problems of deep excavation, large scale and high anti-deformation requirements. Under the overall coordination and advance organization of Shanghai Shentie, the project team attaches great importance to safety and quality control, and formulates detailed safety construction plans and emergency plans. The site is monitored in real time 24 hours a day in different areas to ensure the safety and specifications of foundation pit excavation and concrete pouring operations. Strictly implement the foundation pit excavation inspection system, organize and carry out hidden danger investigation, and timely rectify and eliminate potential safety and quality hazards on site.

At the same time, the project team controls the whole process of deep foundation pit excavation construction, focusing on steel support, foundation pit dewatering and other operation processes, relying on information means such as steel support servo system and automatic precipitation monitoring platform to ensure quality control standards and safety management level during construction. With the successful sealing of the foundation pit of the main body of the station, the next stage of Yingbin 3rd Road Station will enter the construction stage of the main structure of the station.

The total length of the Jiamin line is 4404 kilometers, passing through Jiading, Minhang 2 administrative districts, the whole line has a total of 15 stations, the maximum speed of the train is 160 kilometers. According to the plan, it is an important north-south main axis trunk line in Shanghai's regional railway network, the main line connecting important new cities and transportation hubs such as Jiading New Town, Hongqiao Hub, Minhang, etc., and an important part of the "Yangtze River Delta on the track". After the completion of the project, it will realize the interconnection with the airport liaison line, greatly alleviate the pressure of Hongqiao hub distribution, and become a new engine to stimulate the economy of West Shanghai.
