Up to now, China Railway 14th Bureau has 4 special qualifications for general contracting of construction, highways, railways and municipal utilities, 4 Grade A qualifications for engineering design of railways, highways, municipalities and buildings, and its three companies, four companies and construction companies have successively obtained 3 special grades for construction general contracting and 4 Grade A qualifications for design, and Shandong Civil Air Defense Design Institute has Grade A qualifications for engineering design in the construction industry, with a total of "4+3" special grades for construction general contracting and "4+5" Grade A qualifications for engineering design.
