The working principle of the box-type boiling dryer (horizontal) is: the clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is formed into a boiling state by the hot air. Due to the wide contact between the hot air and the material, the process of heat and mass transfer is increased, so it can be dried in a short time. It enters from one end of the bed, and after tens of seconds to a few minutes of boiling and drying, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. The machine generally operates under negative pressure.
