In this era of the pursuit of beauty, violinist Atsuko Tenma stands out with her solid skills and strength. Compared with other violinists who win by their looks, she pays more attention to the expression and depth of **. However, by chance, I found one of her **, CD "Lamentation". This is not because of her appearance, but because the record includes the Balada (Ballade) by Romanian composer Chiprian Polombescu.
When I held this record in my hand, I found that it was not only a CD containing Polombescu's "Ballade", but also a ** masterpiece that carried the story. In addition to this impressive track, Atsuko Amama also played two other pieces by Polombescu, "Lamentation" and "Bertha Nocturne", in this album.
Even more surprising is the fact that these two pieces are the manuscripts of the scores that Atsuko Tenma acquired during a visit to the Polombescu Memorial in Romania, arranged by composer Masaki Kobayashi and performed by her for the first time in 1993, becoming the world premiere of these two pieces. This CD is a live recording of her recital at the Shinjuku Bunka Center in Tokyo in 1995 and released the following year by Concert Imagine.
The road of Atsuko Tianman is full of glorious history. A graduate of Tokyo Gakugei University, she won a special silver medal at the Ron Thibaud International Competition in 1975 and the Grand Prix at the San Diego International Violin Competition in the same year. Her recordings cover works by composers such as Beethoven, Franck, and Fry, as well as some thematic popular pieces.
Among them, "Homesickness", which is based on "Wangxiang Balada", is the most popular, which promotes her popularity. However, in this live recording anthology, she shows a deeper and more emotional side, surpassing the expressiveness of the average female violinist.
This anthology of live recordings may not be the best sound, but Atsuko Tenma's performance was full of emotion, inspired by the warm atmosphere of the scene. Masne's "Meditation" is different from the usual gentle and graceful, but it makes people feel deep passion, and even made me cry in the melody. And once the familiar "Balada" sounds, all the senses seem to be attracted and immersed in the ocean of **.
Although it is a little lacking in technique, it is still touching, especially this piece has almost become the ** business card of Atsuko Tenman. There are 12 pieces in total, covering everything from "Aria on the G String" to works by Japanese composer Kunimitsu Takeuchi and Chinese composer Qin Yongcheng, spanning multiple eras and styles. Successfully mastering so many different pieces at a concert does require a high level of skill and expressiveness.
Time flies, but ** is eternal. This record is like a journey through time, taking us back to the past youth. In the memory of the movie, the melody flows slowly like a stream, as if it is the revisiting hometown of the hero of "Cinema Paradiso", chasing the memories of the past. This made me wonder why so little music was playedWith the record Atsuko Tenma, we may be able to stop regretting it.
Jiang Yin, a technical-oriented violinist, passed on Polombescu's ** to more people through the record "Lamentation". She is not only a performer, but also a storyteller. This record is like a history book, recording her exploration and improvement of expressiveness over the years. On this special day, we wish Jiang Yin's road to be more brilliant and continue to present us with more miracles.
Nice to hear**
