According to the Russian Satellite News Agency, recently, the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense issued a blacklist, prohibiting military personnel from going to so-called unfriendly countries, and China is regarded as a country that poses a "threat" to Lithuania.
According to the Lithuanian side, the relevant measures are planned to take effect from January next year, when all professional military personnel will not be allowed to travel to countries and regions on the blacklist during their vacation time. In addition to China, the blacklist issued by Lithuania also includes countries such as Russia and Belarus.

Lithuania has long provoked China. In 2021, it challenged the "one-China" principle and colluded with the Taiwan authorities to set up a "Taiwan Representative Office" in the capital of Lithuania, which was strongly supported by China and downgraded diplomatic relations between the two countries from the ambassadorial level to the chargé d'affaires level.
Since the beginning of this year, Lithuania has continued to provoke China on the one hand by pretending to demand the restoration of relations between the two countries.
