The wonder of the world's largest natural garden Unmanaged natural garden

In the past 100 years, people have solved many mysteries about the natural world, such as the causes of hurricanes and lightning, the migration of ants, major floods, great **, and great natural disasters, which are all mysteries left over from history.

But in Italy, there is a so-called "unexplained natural landscape": the same piece of land, no one cultivates, no fertilizer, no one takes care of it, but it grows in different ways, and it covers an area of more than 100 square kilometers, so it is called "the largest natural park in the world".

Located in the center of Italy, in the south of the Apennines and north of the Sibilini National Park in the Umbria region, this garden is shaped like a "natural pot", and its only village is called Castelluccio, which became the first settlement in the Apennines at an altitude of about 1,500 meters.

At the end of 2016 and the beginning of 2017, there were two medium-sized ** events in Italy, and the village of Lucho could not be reached in time due to its remote location, until spring came, and people returned to their hometowns, but what they got was a fact that they could not believe: the village was surrounded by a huge field of flowers.

Luggio Village is one of the few high-quality natural grasslands in Italy, and in order to prevent harmful flowers and plants such as cattle, sheep, grass, and grass, people will gather on the grass when they are okay to uproot those poisonous flowers and plants.

However, after the two big **, a sea of flowers appeared on the originally green meadow, and all kinds of flowers bloomed at the same time, like dozens of seeds mixed together and sprinkled on the grass.

What's even more weird is that in this **, different flowers will bloom every time, sometimes a large blue-red violet will bloom, sometimes a large area of golden flowers will bloom, and occasionally an unknown flower will bloom, such as cornflowers, daisies, daffodils, clovers and so on.

In 2020, botanists also found a lot of opium poppies in the meadows, which have been clearly stipulated in Italy and are strictly forbidden to be cultivated on a large scale, but due to some special factors, these flowers have not spread.

At first, it was officially believed that the people in the village had sown some seeds, otherwise it would be different from year to year, but every time they asked, they were denied because the flowers had no practical value at all.

The most important point is that there are only about 30 people in Luqiao Village, and most of them are elderly people, who can't do it alone, and the way those wildflowers grow is also very rhythmic, like a machine in rows and rows.

In order to prevent accidental exposure to poisonous plants, they have to adopt the spring and autumn stocking methods, in which the plants are put into clean grassland, and when the plants wither and become less virulent in the autumn, they will be released or sent to specific grasslands for artificial breeding.

Because of the long winter and the low temperature, the heating in Luqiao Village has long been broken, and the cost of transporting wood from the outside to keep warm is too high, so most people leave in autumn and return when spring comes.

In the years that followed, it was all tourists and photographers who came to see it, after all, such a scene is rare in Italy, especially the white snow on the grasslands, which is neither polluted nor obstructed, and is even more pure and intoxicating.

After a long time, the people in the village began to travel, and some abandoned houses because of ** were also cleaned up and turned into small hotels, but there was no food **, and only the next morning would there be a small food truck on the side of the road in the village.

With the increase in the number of tourists, many outdoor activities have also developed here, such as the 150-kilometer Grand Canyon, camping, picnics and other excursions, umbrella play in summer, and skiing in winter.

To the north of the village, on the top of Vittore, there is a lake of Pilato formed by the melting of the snow and ice, a very famous tourist destination, and legend has it that a prime minister was poisoned by a Roman king and thrown into the lake, and since then no one has visited it, even on the pastures, and it is avoided as much as possible.

In the 1960s, Italian officials tested the lake water and determined that it was harmless, but it found in the lake water a special species of beetle, a creature that has never been seen in the world and is considered an ancient creature, which is why this lake is only allowed to be appreciated.

When spring arrives, snow-covered snow flows down the river, opening up patches of lentils at the bottom of the mountain, sending the remaining water to the lower terrain.

According to the Xi of previous years, in May, the land here will be empty and let them grow on their own, but this year, at the end of May, the color of the lentil field changes, and in June, the color becomes different.

In 2019, a botanist in Italy proposed a new planting plan to the local population, hoping to bring this new flower together, so that it could be planted intensively and obtain some economic benefits.

The people in the village have also done several experiments, but on the whole, the results are not very good, the first and last three years are not the same, although there are some wild wild flowers and plants, but far away, it is not obvious, if it is not artificially collected, it is extremely difficult to pick out a flower from it.

Italians deliberately and unobtrusively "hide" this mystery of nature, and although the locals had hoped to transform it into a tourist attraction or resort, so far Italy has not reacted and does not intend to investigate further.

Italian decrees stipulate that, despite being privately owned, the "tenancy system" used for profit and raising livestock, that is, it can only be transferred, not changed, so that before it can be developed into a commercial tourist attraction, it must be investigated and verified before it can be developed, otherwise it will inevitably cause the loss of agriculture and agricultural land and the destruction of the ecology, so although the plot is called "the largest natural park in the world", there is no solution so far.

From the point of view of tourists, even if everything does not change, it is the best result, because there are at least 300 residents here, and just food and accommodation can make a dozen villagers worry about food and clothing, if it leads to ecological deterioration due to over-exploitation, and even affects animal husbandry, it will be a great loss.

If you were you, would you choose to continue to grow, or would you choose to stay where you are?
