We will make every effort to build a comprehensive service station, a beautiful village integrating agricultural tourism, leisure and health, ecological livability, and industrial prosperity, explore and implement the "three-in-one" rural governance model of party branch + villager representative + four associations, and rely on the exemplary role of old party members to lead the villagers to build a beautiful village in North Malaysia.

To be an excellent landlubber industry and to fill the "reality" of rural revitalization
If the industry is prosperous, the countryside will be prosperous. Industrial prosperity is the premise and foundation of rural revitalization, and the key to promoting farmers' prosperity and income. In recent years, based on its own resource advantages, Beima Village has made every effort to build rural characteristic industries, focused on promoting the construction of one product in the village, and introduced landlubber breeding projects.
The first phase of the project was completed in December 2020, with an investment of 97 million yuan and an area of 26112 acres, with a total construction area of 83,200 square meters. The breeding area will build 50 standardized breeding greenhouses of 75,000 square meters, build an office area of 500 square meters and a living area of 408 square meters.
The second phase of the project will invest 30 million yuan and start construction in 2023, and at present, 80 standardized breeding greenhouses have been built, 400,000 breeding ducks have been raised, and 95 million eggs have been produced annually. At present, more than 50 jobs are provided, increasing the income of the village collective by about 150,000 yuan.
Consolidate infrastructure construction and build a "foundation" for rural revitalization
First, since 2023, Beima Village has replaced more than 2,000 meters of tap water pipelines and laid more than 260 meters of new sewage pipelines, so that the villagers of Beima Village will have safer drinking water and more secure water supply.
The second is to renovate more than 300 meters of cement roads, repair more than 2,000 meters of field roads damaged during the flood season, apply for rural revitalization funds to pave more than 700 meters of cement roads, and lay more than 3,000 meters of cement roads by the Rural Revitalization Fund Transportation Bureau, so as to break the traffic problems that restrict the economic development of North Malaysia and broaden the road for villagers to get rich.
The third is to renovate the appearance of the village, with a stone slope protection of more than 400 meters, an average height of 4 meters, a widening of more than 3,000 square meters of road cement paving, and more than 380 meters of brick walling, which is "beautiful" for North Malaysia and gives the village a new look.
