In November, the brand department of Tingbo Youcheng successively organized and carried out Tingbo hotel service training in Weinan, Shaanxi, Changsha, Hunan, Huaihua, Hengyang, Hunan and ZhuzhouNearly 100 employees from various regions, including store managers, store assistants, front office managers, and service supervisors, participated in the training.
The five-city linkage, the instructor of the brand department gave a detailed explanation of the brand culture of Tingbo Hotel, the service etiquette of Tingbo Hotel, and the precautions for quality inspection of Tingbo Hotel. Combining theory and practice, in order to test the training results, the instructor of the brand department also organized an on-site practical assessment to ensure that every employee participating in the training can fully absorb it.
