The full range of safety grating products has been upgraded and iterated. It adopts a new software algorithm technology and optical structure, which has stronger anti-optical interference and electromagnetic interference capabilities, and stronger stability. The universal and compact encoders feature a light-synchronizing concept for easier wiring and longer through-beam distances. The diffuse reflection grating has been upgraded, the transmitter and receiver are integrated, and the built-in digital tube display and button selection are convenient for customers to intuitively and easily detect the area.
Optical fiber amplifier for Chinese digital display. On the basis of stable and reliable dual digital display amplifier, the 32-bit M4 core high-speed chip is adopted, and the most abundant function menu of Mote Intelligence is integrated, so that the performance level of domestic amplifier has reached a new height.
New capacitive and inductive proximity sensors. The sensor factory is preliminarily formed
In 2023, under the background of the rapid expansion of the company's scale and production volume, in order to better achieve the strategic development goals and improve the working environment of employees, the company purchased a factory building with a total area of about 6,000 square meters, and the factory was relocated to Songshan Lake in Dongguan as a whole. Among them, Juntai Zhengtuo 5G Industrial Park 5 building 9 floor to do 10,000 dust-free sensor chip packaging and testing workshop, while also taking into account the sensor special signal line, sensor shell mold and injection molding;The 10th floor of 5 buildings and the 10th floor of 6 buildings in Juntai Zhengtuo 5G Industrial Park are used for R&D, office and sensor production, assembly, testing and shipment. Mote Intelligence has been steadily working and investing heavily in assets, in order to bring higher quality products to the automation industry, and go all out to devote itself to the sensor business.
