Reflection on the Teaching of Chinese Review in Grade 4

This semester's Chinese course is coming to an end and we have entered the revision stage. In the process of reviewing the exercises, I found that there were some problems that needed to be paid attention to and solved. First of all, I realized that the new transfer children were still confused about the understanding of sound sequence. They are unclear about the concept and application of phonology, and often make mistakes in the types of questions about looking up dictionaries. Secondly, some students also have doubts about the use of related words. They don't know how to properly use related words to connect sentences. In addition, there is a part of the students who are not familiar with the use of modified symbols, which makes it difficult for them to check and correct mistakes.

In addition, I have observed that most students have poor habits in reviewing and understanding the questions. They practice and explain repeatedly in the usual class exercises, but individual students still encounter problems in solving problems or applying them. This shows that they do not fully grasp what they have learned and how to apply it flexibly.

In response to these issues, I believe that something needs to be done to promote student learning. First of all, I plan to strengthen the review of the sound sequence, including the review of the relevant knowledge points of the dictionary. I will provide more examples to help students understand and encourage them to actively use their knowledge of sound sequence. In addition, I will design some fun activities to help students better grasp the use of related words. Through cooperative learning and group discussions, students can better understand the role and meaning of related words in sentences.

At the same time, I also plan to strengthen the explanation and practice of modifying symbols. I will provide students with more practice materials to help them master the rules of using modified symbols and actively use them in their writing.

In order to improve students' ability to review questions, I plan to add some exercises for problem comprehension. I will introduce some real-life examples for students to answer in real-life situations.

In short, based on my observations and findings during the revision process, I need to take a series of targeted measures to solve the problems that students have in language learning. I believe that through enhanced teaching and practice, students' learning abilities will be further enhanced and they will be better able to apply what they have learned.
