Ding Xuejun was born in October 1965 and graduated from the Law School of Tianjin Normal University with a master's degree in law. Masachi noted that he had worked in the court system for a long time.
According to public information, in 2014, Ding Xuejun was promoted from the position of president of the first criminal trial court of the Tianjin No. 1 Intermediate People's Court to the vice president of the Tianjin No. 1 Intermediate People's Court.
