Li Dazhao.
Li Dazhao (October 29, 1889 – April 28, 1927) was a pioneer of the Chinese communist movement, a great Marxist, an outstanding proletarian revolutionary, and one of the main founders of the Communist Party of China. Born in Leting, Hebei Province, he was admitted to the Tianjin Beiyang College of Law and Politics in 1907, and after graduating in 1913, he went to Waseda University in Tokyo to study Xi political science.
Comrade Li Dazhao's lifelong struggle is closely linked to the history of the spread of Marxism in China and the history of the founding and leadership of the Communist Party of China. He made important contributions to the Chinese communist movement ideologically and theoretically, and put forward many viewpoints and theories of guiding significance. He actively participated in the May Fourth Movement, advocating revolution and social change, and had a profound impact on the Chinese revolution.
However, Li Dazhao was arrested and executed by the Kuomintang in 1927 at the age of 37. His sacrifice made him a martyr among the early leaders of the Chinese Communist Party, and his ideas and spirit have inspired later revolutionaries.
