The final design of the vibratory fluidized bed dryer cooler fully takes into account the diverse needs of customers in salt production. With automatic duct dampers and a pressure ventilation system that divides the plant into two zones, we have achieved a flexible switch from a full-length dryer to a plant with separate drying and cooling zones.
The entire VCB unit has been designed with thermal insulation in mind to help improve energy efficiency. In response to this problem that customers may be concerned about, we have specially incorporated rubber marshmallow isolation springs into the design for easy cleaning and maintenance. In addition, we have introduced a hose system to eliminate any possible salt accumulation problems.
When the salt is processed, all the air is heated by the natural gas burner and blown into the two zones of the pressure ventilation system, and the damper remains on. When handling table salt, the damper shuts off while a separate blower supplies cooler air to the cooling zone. This careful design allows the equipment to maximize its effectiveness in different salt processing scenarios, fully meeting the various needs of customers in the salt production process.
