In order to implement the spirit of the Seventh Plenary Session of the 13th Chaoyang District Party Committee, expand the idea of social mobilization, exchange and learn from the advanced experience of community governance in Brother Street, and innovate the community service management model, around New Year's Day, Taiyanggong Township organized the heads of relevant departments and secretaries of various communities to go deep into the Anhuali Community of Anzhen Street and No. 33 Huixin West Street, Xiaoguan Street to investigate and lead the grassroots governance work.

The secretaries of each community shared their experience in studying and investigating the community governance of Anzhen Street and Xiaoguan Street, and put forward ideas and measures on the establishment of a community talent pool, guiding residents to participate in community consultation and co-governance, and establishing an all-age social work organization in combination with the actual situation of their respective communities.
